Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling: "I value your commitment to your soul's journey and ask that you respect my time as well. I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the slot to another person who may be waiting. - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund or free reschedule. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A 50% late-cancellation fee applies. (Emergencies: See below) - No-shows (no notice provided): The full session fee is non-refundable." Refunds: "In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution. Completed sessions are generally non-refundable as they represent time and energetic space already provided." Grace and Emergencies: "I understand that life happens. Exceptions for genuine emergencies (illness or unforeseen crises) may be made based on sole discretion. Please contact Anna as soon as possible via the website, to discuss your situation.
