The ultimate space for deep enquiry and radical honesty. This extended session is for when you feel "stuck" or complex layers are presenting themselves at once. We have the time to move through the noise, explore repeat cycles in your relationships or career, and allow for a profound heart-opening perspective to emerge without any rush. PREPARING FOR YOUR ONLINE SESSION: I am so looking forward to our chat. To make sure our time together is smooth and grounded, here is everything you need to get set up: The Link: You will find your unique Zoom link in your booking confirmation email. Simply click it at our scheduled time to enter my virtual "waiting room." The App: If you haven’t used Zoom before, please download it to your phone or computer at least 10 minutes before we start. It’s a free and quick download at zoom.us/download. Tech Check: - Audio/Visual: Please test your microphone and camera beforehand. - Internet: A stable connection is best—if you're on a farm like me, being close to your router helps! - Power: Ensure your device is plugged in or fully charged so we aren't interrupted. Your Space: Find a quiet, private spot where you won't be interrupted. This is your time to be honest and open, so a space where you feel safe to speak freely is essential. The Beverage: Don't forget your drink! Whether it’s a tea, coffee, or water, having a warm beverage is part of the "Soul Guided Reflection" experience. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling: "I value your commitment to your soul's journey and ask that you respect my time as well. I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the slot to another person who may be waiting. - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund or free reschedule. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A 50% late-cancellation fee applies. (Emergencies: See below) - No-shows (no notice provided): The full session fee is non-refundable." Refunds: "In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution. Completed sessions are generally non-refundable as they represent time and energetic space already provided." Grace and Emergencies: "I understand that life happens. Exceptions for genuine emergencies (illness or unforeseen crises) may be made based on sole discretion. Please contact Anna as soon as possible via the website, to discuss your situation. She checks this between each of her clients to try and keep updated" Life's curveballs: "For all my services, my priorities are being fully present. If I feel I cannot hold a clear and grounded space for you due to illness or personal emergency, I will reach out to reschedule asap. This ensures you receive the high-quality reflection and energy you’ve invested in."
