Simply wear comfortable clothing, remove shoes and bulky items from your pockets, and we'll guide you through the chair's settings before your session begins. *** Please bring a pair of clean socks to wear NOT SUITABLE FOR: The Zero Gravity Massage Chair isn't suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, pregnancy, recent surgery, fractures or dislocations, severe osteoporosis, acute back or neck injuries, spinal instability, severe disc conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), active blood clots, severe varicose veins, fever or infectious illness, significant swelling or inflammation, severe neuropathy, certain neurological or medical conditions, open wounds, severe skin infections, or any condition where mechanical massage, stretching or compression isn't recommended. Cancellation Policy
Soul Resonation Booking Information & Policies *Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * **More than 24 hours:** Full refund or complimentary reschedule. * **Less than 24 hours:** 50% cancellation fee. * **No-show:** Full appointment fee is non-refundable. *Refunds In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Soul Resonation within **48 hours** so we can work towards an appropriate resolution. *Arrival Please arrive **5 minutes before** your appointment to allow time to breathe, relax to feel ready to receive.
