NZ$20 PRACTICE APPOINTMENT Duration: approximately 60 minutes WHERE BEAUTY MEETS BEING Radiant Hands is currently in its learning and development stage, and I’m looking for people happy to lend me their hands while I build my practical experience working with natural nails. I’m a few months into studying and exploring nail artistry, with much of my work so far focused on my passion of designing 3D press-on nails. These practice appointments give me the opportunity to develop my skills directly on different hands and natural nails before Radiant Hands becomes a fully launched Soul Resonation experience. For NZ$20, you’ll receive approximately an hour of my time, care and creativity — and I’ll do the very best I can while I learn. Please come with the understanding that I am practising: application may take longer, results will vary and I cannot yet promise the finish or longevity you would expect from an experienced professional nail technician. YOUR PRACTICE APPOINTMENT INCLUDES: • Natural nail shaping & preparation • Gel polish application • Choice of 50+ colours • Chrome, aurora & selected specialty finishes • Simple creative touches where suitable • Plenty of time, patience & care BEST SUITED FOR: Anyone comfortable being part of my learning journey, who enjoys colour and creativity and doesn’t mind that the finished result may not be perfect. Your hands give me valuable real-world practice, and your honest feedback helps me improve Radiant Hands as it develops. PLEASE KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: I am not currently a qualified or professionally trained nail technician. Radiant Hands practice appointments are for simple gel polish on natural nails only. I do not currently offer acrylics, builder gel, dip powder, extensions or cuticle cutting. NOT SUITABLE FOR: Fungal, bacterial or viral nail infections • contagious skin conditions affecting the hands • open wounds or active bleeding • known allergies to products used during the service.
Cancellation Policy
Soul Resonation Booking Information & Policies *Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * **More than 24 hours:** Full refund or complimentary reschedule. * **Less than 24 hours:** 50% cancellation fee. * **No-show:** Full appointment fee is non-refundable. *Refunds In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Soul Resonation within **48 hours** so we can work towards an appropriate resolution. *Arrival Please arrive **5 minutes before** your appointment to allow time to breathe, relax to feel ready to receive. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other guests. The full appointment fee may still apply. *Running Late? During appointments I give my full attention to each guest, so I may not see or respond to your message until my current session has finished. *Changes to Your Health Please let me know before your appointment if your health, medications or medical circumstances change after booking, as your treatment may need to be modified, postponed or declined for your safety. *Children Unless stated otherwise, Soul Resonation services are available for clients **16 years and over**. Nail services are available for children **8 years and over**, provided a parent or legal guardian gives consent and remains present throughout the appointment. *Safety Soul Resonation reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline any treatment if it is considered unsafe or outside my scope of practice. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and advising of any changes before their appointment. *Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If illness or an unforeseen event prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Every situation will be considered with compassion. If illness or a personal emergency prevents me from providing the quality of care you deserve, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
