Rhythmic press-and-lift movements work with the natural tackiness and hydrating qualities of honey to stimulate the skin and encourage facial circulation, leaving the complexion feeling soft, replenished and luminous. Warm basalt stones glide slowly across the shoulders, neck and face, using penetrating warmth rather than heavy pressure to soften muscular tension. Cooling marble and jade follow, refreshing the complexion and helping calm the appearance of puffiness. Cancellation Policy
SOUL RESONATION BOOKING INFORMATION & POLICIES CANCELLATIONS & RESCEDULING: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. MORE THAN 48 HOURS: Full refund or reschedule at no charge. LESS THAN 48 HOURS: Cancellations or changes may incur a fee of up to 100% of the appointment price, as your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. I understand that genuine illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If something prevents you from attending, please email anna@soulresonation.com as soon as possible. Every situation will be considered individually and with compassion, and where appropriate I will work with you to reschedule. Please do not attend if you have a contagious illness or if attending could place you, me or other clients at risk. NO-SHOW: If you do not attend and have not contacted me, the full appointment fee will be retained. Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling may result in the full appointment fee being retained or charged. HEALTH & SUITABILITY: Please provide accurate health information when booking and advise me of any changes to your health, medications or circumstances before your appointment. Your experience may be modified, postponed or changed where necessary for your safety and suitability. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Approximately 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive an email with everything you need to prepare, including directions, arrival information, what to wear and any experience-specific preparation. IF I NEED TO CANCEL: If illness or an unexpected circumstance prevents me from providing your appointment, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. If you cannot reschedule, any payment made will be fully refunded.
