Introductory Offer: NZ$79 (Standard Price NZ$99) Duration: 45 minute experience + consultation LET THE WARMTH DO THE DEEP WORK Grounding Release is a focused back, neck and shoulder experience where warmth — not heavy pressure — does most of the work. Heated basalt stones are slowly glided and targeted across the back, neck and shoulders using light-to-medium pressure. Rather than pushing harder into tense muscles, the penetrating warmth of the stones is given time to reach deeper, encouraging areas of holding and tension to soften and release. This creates a different kind of massage experience: slow, warm and deeply comforting, with focused attention where you need it most, but without the intensity of deep-tissue or firm-pressure massage. The experience then moves from muscular release into grounding with weighted tuning forks travelling from Root to Heart. Gentle vibration through the body creates a sensory journey designed to bring attention away from the busy mind and back into the body. Grounding Release is intentionally about doing less, not more — allowing warmth, rhythm and vibration to create the depth. Grounding Release uses light-to-medium pressure and allows the penetrating warmth of basalt stones to provide the depth of the experience. NOT SUITABLE FOR: • Pregnancy • Fever, contagious illness or active infection • DVT or known blood clots • Acute injury, inflammation or significant swelling in the treatment area • Recent surgery where massage or heat has not been cleared • Open wounds, burns or contagious skin conditions in the treatment area • Reduced heat sensation or conditions where hot stone massage is contraindicated Health and treatment suitability are confirmed during consultation.

Soul Resonation Booking Information & Policies *Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * **More than 24 hours:** Full refund or complimentary reschedule. * **Less than 24 hours:** 50% cancellation fee. * **No-show:** Full appointment fee is non-refundable. *Refunds In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Soul Resonation within **48 hours** so we can work towards an appropriate resolution. *Arrival Please arrive **5 minutes before** your appointment to allow time to breathe, relax to feel ready to receive.
