Unlike a traditional full-body massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Flow follows one continuous pathway while you rest face down — beginning at the feet and gradually travelling through the legs, back, shoulders and neck before finishing at the head. There is no need to turn or interrupt the flow; simply settle into the table and receive. At the heart of the experience are beautiful warm Himalayan salt stones, gently heated and glided over oiled skin. Their naturally textured mineral surface combines with long, sweeping massage movements to create a distinctive sensory experience, while smooth basalt stones complement the ritual with concentrated warmth through the feet and intricate neck work. As the Himalayan stones release their initial warmth, selected stones are placed gently along the body, allowing their heat to linger while massage continues elsewhere. The result feels expansive rather than targeted — warmth progressively travelling upward until the entire back of the body has been enveloped in its glow. The journey slows at the neck before moving into a soothing dry head and scalp massage. One clear tone from a singing bowl or tuning fork marks the quiet completion of the ritual.
