REVEAL – Guided Soul Reflection is a relaxed, confidential conversation designed to help you explore your inner world through gentle reflection rather than advice or diagnosis. Guided by Manaakitanga (care, generosity and heartfelt welcome), this Soul Journey creates a safe space to pause, untangle your thoughts and discover the insights that naturally emerge when you are deeply listened to. Your Soul Journey Includes Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a drink of your choice before settling into an unhurried conversation in a peaceful environment. Rather than searching for answers, we'll gently explore whatever feels most present for you—whether that's relationships, life direction, emotional challenges, recurring patterns, physical body messages, difficult decisions, or simply making sense of your current season of life. Drawing on my training in soul counselling, resolution therapy and parts work, I offer thoughtful questions, deep listening and genuine curiosity. My role isn't to tell you who you are or what to do, but to create the conditions where your own understanding, perspective and inner wisdom can naturally reveal themselves. It is not suitable for anyone experiencing an acute mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or those requiring diagnosis, treatment or emergency support from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
Cancellation Policy
Soul Resonation Booking Information & Policies *Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * **More than 24 hours:** Full refund or complimentary reschedule. * **Less than 24 hours:** 50% cancellation fee. * **No-show:** Full appointment fee is non-refundable. *Refunds In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Soul Resonation within **48 hours** so we can work towards an appropriate resolution. *Arrival Please arrive **5 minutes before** your appointment to allow time to breathe, relax to feel ready to receive. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other guests. The full appointment fee may still apply. *Running Late? During appointments I give my full attention to each guest, so I may not see or respond to your message until my current session has finished. *Changes to Your Health Please let me know before your appointment if your health, medications or medical circumstances change after booking, as your treatment may need to be modified, postponed or declined for your safety. *Children Unless stated otherwise, Soul Resonation services are available for clients **16 years and over**. Nail services are available for children **8 years and over**, provided a parent or legal guardian gives consent and remains present throughout the appointment. *Safety Soul Resonation reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline any treatment if it is considered unsafe or outside my scope of practice. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and advising of any changes before their appointment. *Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If illness or an unforeseen event prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Every situation will be considered with compassion. If illness or a personal emergency prevents me from providing the quality of care you deserve, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
