SELF REFLECTION & PERSONAL EXPLORATION Guided Soul Reflection is a supportive one-to-one conversation designed to help you slow down, untangle your thoughts and reconnect with what matters most. Through thoughtful questions, deep listening and gentle reflection, you'll gain greater clarity, perspective and understanding in a safe, compassionate space. Many guests leave feeling lighter, more confident and better able to move forward with trust and intention. Anna is a certified Spiritual Soul Counsellor and Resolution Therapist. YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: - A private 60-minute guided conversation - A calm, supportive and judgement-free environment - Hot beverage, if here at The Farm - Gentle reflective questioning - Space to explore thoughts, emotions and life experiences - Practical insights and greater personal clarity - Time to pause, reflect and integrate BEST SUITED FOR: Ideal if you're feeling overwhelmed, facing a life decision, navigating change, seeking greater self-understanding, or simply wanting dedicated time to explore what's on your mind with someone who will listen deeply without judgement. ARRIVE AS YOU ARE: There is nothing to prepare and nothing you need to have figured out before you arrive. Whether you come with a specific question or simply a feeling you can't yet put into words, we'll explore it together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. IS THIS EXPERIENCE SUITABLE FOR YOU? Guided Soul Reflection is a personal growth and wellbeing experience, not a clinical counselling, psychology or mental health service. It is not suitable for anyone experiencing an acute mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or those requiring diagnosis, treatment or emergency support from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
Cancellation Policy
Soul Resonation Booking Information & Policies *Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * **More than 24 hours:** Full refund or complimentary reschedule. * **Less than 24 hours:** 50% cancellation fee. * **No-show:** Full appointment fee is non-refundable. *Refunds In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, refunds are not provided for a change of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Soul Resonation within **48 hours** so we can work towards an appropriate resolution. *Arrival Please arrive **5 minutes before** your appointment to allow time to breathe, relax to feel ready to receive. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other guests. The full appointment fee may still apply. *Running Late? During appointments I give my full attention to each guest, so I may not see or respond to your message until my current session has finished. *Changes to Your Health Please let me know before your appointment if your health, medications or medical circumstances change after booking, as your treatment may need to be modified, postponed or declined for your safety. *Children Unless stated otherwise, Soul Resonation services are available for clients **16 years and over**. Nail services are available for children **8 years and over**, provided a parent or legal guardian gives consent and remains present throughout the appointment. *Safety Soul Resonation reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline any treatment if it is considered unsafe or outside my scope of practice. Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and advising of any changes before their appointment. *Emergencies I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If illness or an unforeseen event prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Every situation will be considered with compassion. If illness or a personal emergency prevents me from providing the quality of care you deserve, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
